Das eine Paar Schuhe aus Ibiza, in Weiß mit dem fünfzehn Zentimeter hohen Absätzen habe ich kürzlich auf dem Flohmark abgesetzt. Ganz billig. Der einzige Interessent wollte sie unbedingt haben. Seinem Argument für den geforderten Preisnachlass, dass solche Schuhe ja nur Huren kaufen, aber die schlafen alle um diese Zeit, hatte ich nichts entgegen zu halten. Die Goldenen, die mir eigentlich viel besser gefallen, habe ich ja noch.

Recently I sold one pair of shoes from Ibiza – white with fifteen centimetre high heels – on the flea market. I sold them really cheap. The only person interested wanted them by all means. I could not counter his argument for a considerable reduction of the price. He stated that only prostitutes wore that kind of shoes and that they were all asleep at that time of the day. I still have the golden shoes which I prefer anyway.
