Unsere Wohnadresse in der „Calle Fidado“ hat die hohe Hausnummer 485, wobei es in der schmalen Straße mit Sicherheit keine fünfzig Häuser gibt. Die Appartements im Dachgeschoss sind soeben fertig saniert worden, alle anderen sind noch in Arbeit. Wir waren beim Buchen auf Baustellenlärm als Grund für den ermäßigten Preis hingewiesen worden. Am ersten Tag stellte ich das Auto nach dem Auspacken in die Bahnhofstraße, die Verlängerung des Corso, durch die „Porta Venezia“ stadtauswärts, wo das Parken erlaubt war. Auf der Strecke zurück fanden wir einige Grünstreifen für Gina. Als Fußweg wirkte die Strecke weit, so dass sie mir mein betagter Hund in der Folge als bereits erledigten Spaziergang anrechnete und meine weiteren Aktionen des Tages von anstrengenden Aufmunterungsmanövern durchkreuzt waren. Ab dem zweiten Tag parkte ich das Auto einfach wieder in der Calle Fidado, stellte eigenhändig den „Parkschein“ aus, indem ich auf einen Zettel die Hausnummer des Quartiers schrieb und „Partenza“ mit dem Datum der Abreise.

The apartments in the attic have been renovated recently, the rest of them are still under construction. When booking we have been informed that the cheap price is due to noise of the construction. On the first day I parked the car at the road leading to the railway station after unpacking our luggage. Parking was allowed there and on our way back we found some green spaces for Gina. The way back was quite far by foot, which led Gina to the assumption that she already had her daily dose of walking, which cost me strenuous efforts of encouragement throughout the day. From the second day onwards I parked the car at Calle Fidado and made my own parking ticket that consisted of a sheet of paper with the address number, “Partenza” and the date of departure written onto it.

Gli appartamenti sotto il tetto erano appena stati ristrutturati, in tutti gli altri invece continuavano i lavori piuttosto rumorosi. Ed era questo il motivo per l’affitto basso, di cui ci avevano informato al momento della prenotazione. Il primo giorno, scaricati i bagagli, parcheggiai la macchina in Via della stazione, la prolunga del Corso che portava fuori città attraverso „Porta Venezia“, dove era permesso parcheggiare. Tornando trovammo degli spazi verdi per Gina. A piedi sembrava un tratto piuttosto lungo, tanto che la mia vecchia Gina considerò compiuta la passeggiata obbligatoria e io, per il resto della giornata ho avuto il mio bel d’affare a incitarla a muoversi. Dal secondo giorno rimettevo la macchina in Calle Fidado con un bel foglio scritto a mano con l’indirizzo e la data di partenza.
