pb12, Innenhof, Öl auf Karton, 40 x 30 cm, 1997. Dieser Ausschnitt aus einem Innenhof geht zum Teil auf einen realen zurück: Er ist von einer Wohnung in der Grazer Hofgasse aus zu sehen. Ich habe ihn mehrmals malerisch verarbeitet, auf diesem Bild weitgehend monochrom, mit viel Weiß, was den leicht schwebenden Eindruck ausmacht.

This detail of an inner court is partly the picture of a real court: this one can be seen from a flat in the Hofgasse in Graz. I have painted it several times. In this picture I decided to use a lot of white which gives a floating impression.
